Some simple questions ...
I would like to open an account in this bank.
Does someone know the phone-number ?
And a name of a Lady or Mister working there ?
Some good or bad experience with grupo Santander ?
Thx for reply.

Hi Guanche, i wanted to open an account a few yrs ago, i went to the Santander in San Eugenio, they weren't very nice, very ignorant and rude, also they wanted 300€ to open an account, as we didn't live in Tenerife at that time it was dead money but they refused to negotiate, i went to the BBVA next door, they was very very friendly, opened an account with only 20€ and have looked after me ever since.
I know that its the Santander in P - M so we don't have a lot of choice, i have found a number which i think is a main switchboard number but maybe they can put you through?

Hi, we have also been using Santander in Palm Mar, and they are very polite and friendly, and as Debbie said they speak English. Apparently this was specified as a must when they were recruiting as a lot of English living in Palm Mar. Also what is bliss in the Palm Mar branch NO QUEUES

Internet banking

Postby debbie » 18 Jan 2007, 20:45

Hi ,

We use the internet banking but it is in Spanish. I do not know if this is going to change but we manage ok with it and our Spanish is basically nil.

Im sure you would be fine with it Ed.
